Wedding Booking Process
Step One: Inquiry
You'll begin your booking process here! Send an inquiry on my contact page and I will respond to you within 24 hours!
Step two: Consultation
I love getting to know my couples so lets meet up for coffee or talk over zoom! (not your thing and want to stick to emails thats fine too!) This is where we will discuss pricing what your wedding is going to look like and if we vibe together! (take it from me you want to vibe with your photographer on your wedding day!)
Step Three: Booking!!
Yeyyyy you decided to book me as your photographer!!! This is where we make it official! I'll send over a contract and invoice! I require a 30% retainer fee to hold your day! Ill send over my wedding guide to you and all my fav vendor recommendations!
Step Four: Engagement Session
I will send over a questionnaire to get to know you better, what your favorite music is and put together a playlist! We will plan what you want your engagement photos to look and feel like and start shooting! Then we get to OFFICIALLY MEET (if we haven't already) and make some magic together! (this is my fav part!!)
Step Five: Timeline Assistance!
I usually like to get this going one months before your wedding day! Lets meet in person or on zoom and go over everything! I'll give you a little homework (its easy I swear!) and check back a few days later!
Step Six: Wedding Day!!
OMG it's your big day! I do my homework, make sure the timeline is solid and then do my thanggg. I don't like asking you questions on your day so I make sure everything is in place on my end so you get to just enjoying getting married!
Frequently asked questions
How many photos do you deliver?
For sessions around 50-70 edited images, for weddings I deliver around 70 per hour of coverage.
Should I add on a second shooter to my wedding package?
t's totatlly up to you! I always suggest larger weddings or weddings with multiple locations to have two photographers. Its always good to have an extra set of eyes on your wedding day!
Do you offer prints?
Yasssss!!! of course! I make it easy on you and have a print shop attached to your online gallery! All my wedding packages includes print credits! I want you to print your photos!!!
Do you travel? How Much?
Of course! I'm based in Michigan first hour of travel is on me! after that its $50 an hour, More than 2.5 hours requires overnight lodging. Out of state travel requires flight and a two night stay.
Why should we do an engagement session?
My Platinum, Gold & Silver wedding packages include a complementary engagement session. Why? Because I feel it's so important for us to connect through a photo session before your wedding day. It helps you get comfy in front of the camera and to get to know me and how I work!
Can I bring my dog??
DUH! I love dogs! (I'd be offended if you didn't!)
